Apex Fit Hub is a mobile fitness companion published by Apex Elite Challenges. The app helps you track workouts, steps, GPS activities, and reps; chat with an AI fitness coach; join challenges; and view leaderboards synchronised with your apexelitechallenges.com account. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Apex Fit Hub. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The app is not intended for, or marketed to, individuals under the age of 18.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that happens on your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Account Deletion & Right to Erasure: You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. In compliance with global data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA), deleting your account permanently erases your personal profile data from our active databases, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You agree NOT to: (a) submit fake, simulated, or manipulated activity/GPS data to gain an unfair leaderboard or challenge advantage; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the app, its source code, or its servers; (c) impersonate other users or creators; (d) use the app to harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against anyone; (e) attempt to access another user's account; (f) use the app for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The in-app Coach is an interactive feature powered by third-party large language models (LLMs). It generates automated, algorithmic suggestions based on your profile and activity data.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury, physical strain, or, in rare cases, serious harm or death. By using Apex Fit Hub, you confirm that you are medically fit and have been cleared by a physician to engage in physical exercise. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with following workouts, performing exercises, running GPS activities, or following any content in the app. If you feel unwell, dizzy, or experience pain at any point during exercise, STOP IMMEDIATELY and seek medical attention.
Apex Fit Hub is free to use. The AI Coach chat and all Nutrition features (calorie and macro tracking, recipes, meal plans and nutrition insights) are part of a paid, auto-renewing subscription called Apex Pro. Price: Apex Pro costs £7.99 per month (GBP, including any applicable VAT). There is no free trial. We will tell you in advance, by email or in the app, if the price changes, and the new price will only apply from your next billing date after that notice. Payments: Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. By subscribing, you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method £7.99 at the start of your subscription and on the same date every month after that. Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in the app under Profile → My Subscription (or Settings → Subscription). When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep full Apex Pro access until the end of the month you have already paid for. After that, your account returns to the free plan. You can undo a cancellation at any time before that date. Refunds: Because you get access to Apex Pro straight away, you agree that your 14-day right to cancel for a refund under UK consumer law no longer applies once access starts. Payments for the current month are not refunded when you cancel, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact support@apexfithub.com and we will look into it. Failed Payments: If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may try again over the following days. If the payment still cannot be taken, Apex Pro access ends and your account returns to the free plan. External Challenges: Certain web-synced challenges hosted on apexelitechallenges.com may require separate entries. Those independent transactions are governed strictly by the web platform's Terms of Service.
You retain intellectual property ownership of any content you submit to the app (profile data, chat messages, activity logs, support tickets). Licence Grant: You grant Apex Elite Challenges a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, process, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, and personalising the app for you. Data Portability: In line with data privacy rights, you can request a copy of your personal data logs at any time through our support channels.
The "Apex Fit Hub" name, logo, branding, app assets, UI/UX design, source code, exercise video/text library, custom AI system prompts, and curated fitness plans are the exclusive property of Apex Elite Challenges and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or create derivative works of our property without prior written permission.
Apex Fit Hub integrates third-party services to function effectively, including Anthropic (AI model infrastructure), Resend (transactional and support emails), Expo / EAS (app build and delivery), and OpenStreetMap (mapping data). Your use of the app acknowledges that your data will be processed through these services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app's operation will be uninterrupted, entirely error-free, completely secure, or free from data inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Elite Challenges, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, loss of goodwill, health complications, or physical injury arising from your use of, or inability to use, Apex Fit Hub. In no event shall our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising under or related to these Terms exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Apex Elite Challenges (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apex Elite Challenges and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal and legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the app, or your violation of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Apex Fit Hub at any time, with or without notice, if we determine or reasonably suspect you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. When we update the document, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. For material updates, we will notify you via a prominent in-app notification or via email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt an informal resolution by reaching out to us at support@apexfithub.com. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, any legal proceedings or disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
